There is free parking for thousands of cars, all within an easy stroll of the trade show halls. Disabled parking is located as close to the halls as practical. Traffic stewards will direct you to parking that is appropriate to your needs.

The nearest train station to the showground is at Bodmin Parkway (12 miles). Taxis can be found outside the station.

BY COACH OR BUS
National Express serves Cornwall from destinations throughout Britain. Express coaches go direct to St Austell, Truro, Newquay, Falmouth, St Ives and Penzance. The service from London Victoria and Heathrow Airport runs up to six times a day.

If you are looking for accommodation near to the Royal Cornwall Showground, then two suggestions are the Visit Cornwall website or Stay In Cornwall website.

No filming or photography of the show, exhibition stands, or exhibitors’ products is permitted without written permission from us.

Official photographers and videographers will be capturing content at Expowest Cornwall to show future attendees. Your image may be captured during the process and used in future promotion of the show.

We require that children are supervised at all times. If you do bring children, they will be issued with a badge upon arrival. Please do not register children to attend.

We do not permit canvassing at the show by non-exhibiting businesses. Please let us know and we will speak to any companies operating their sales in this way. Any visitors found to be canvassing will be asked to leave the show.

Vaping is not permitted in the show. We request that if you wish to vape, you do so outside the building, via the Main Entrance.

Accessible Parking

On entering the car parks, please ensure that the car parking staff are aware that you hold a blue Badge, and you will be directed to the appropriate area.

Drop off point

There is a drop off point located next to the accessible parking bays, at the Main Entrance of the show.. From here there is a flat entrance to the show.

Accessible toilets & High Dependency Toilet Facility

There is an accessible toilet located within the toilet block next to the exhibition hall. In the same building there is also a permanent Space to Change toilet facility. Please bring your own sling and radar key if you wish to use the hoist.

Layout

Within both halls, all stands are accessible and stand holders are asked to design their stands to be considerate of all trade show attendees’ needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have difficulty accessing any show areas.
