In partnership with Expowest Cornwall, you are invited to an FSB Business Breakfast entitled “Sustainability Tips to Save Your Business Money“, which will be taking place from 8.00am – 10.00am on Thursday 8th March at The Pavilion in The Royal Cornwall Showground.
In addition to the usual organised networking, this is your chance to hear about how a few simple sustainable practices in your business can save you money.
Speaker Gill Pipkin will be talking about how using sustainable practices in business can be beneficial to the bottom line and to getting new customers. Being “green” isn’t just for environmental campaigners, it is a real business issue and can also be used to great advantage when you know how. Gill will tell you how, and how that means saving or even making money, more customers and a better business.
Gill’s career spans marketing and operational roles in both the public and private sectors – in hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, business services and IT start-ups. She’s worked for Virgin Hotels, been a hotel owner herself, served as Sustainability Lead for the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust and currently contributes to the Sustainability, Society and Health Research Group at Plymouth University.
That’s plenty of good reasons to come along and as if that wasn’t enough, breakfast is included. It’s a great way to stimulate ideas, and it’s all for just a tenner!
