What is included on your stand?
Our shell scheme stands include walls, carpet, fascia and name board.
The wall panels are 50mm thick panels, covered in a light grey Velcro friendly fabric. Panels are flush fitting and are 2.44m high and 1m wide. Corner posts are aluminium and are 38mm x 38mm. The stands do not have ceiling grids.
Fascia’s are 300mm deep and covered in black fabric. Each open side will be supplied with a name board.
The carpet colour for all stands is Sapphire Blue. (Please contact us if you require a sample).
How much does it cost?
Stands are £196.00 + vat per square metre. The cost includes a full shell scheme; walls, carpet, and fascia with nameboard as well as all of the show marketing benefitsThe walls are velcro friendly grey fabric panelling suitable for fixing of photographs and graphic panels..
The hall is lit, however stand lighting is recommended to highlight your products.
How do we promote the show?
We promote the show through direct mail, email, online & social media campaigns, advertising in key trade publications, local and national press coverage, telephone calls to buyers and face-to-face promotion at many UK events.
As part of your booking, you get an entry in the on-line exhibitor list, including a free image, a 42 word description, and a link to your website and/or Twitter account. This will become your entry in the show catalogue (minus the image). Also included are unlimited numbers of tickets for you to invite customers.
We work with you to promote your presence. We ensure maximum awareness to thousands of influential and decision making buyers.
Book ‘space only’ in a prime outside location, which is visible to all of the trade buyers as they arrive and leave. It will cost 50% of the cost of space inside. (minimum 6 square metres). Contact us for more details.
Taste of the West members
Taste of the West producer members booking stand sizes of between 3 and 6sq.m, will qualify for a £10.00 per sq.m discount from the standard rate.
‘Book your stand with Confidence’ Covid-19 guarantee
You need to book into trade shows, to meet new customers and show off your latest products and services, but what happens if there’s a local lockdown and the show is postponed? None of us can insure against local Covid-19 related lockdowns.
Book into one of our 2021 trade shows and we will limit your risk, in the case of a government enforced Covid-related postponement, to a maximum of 10% of your stand cost. We will offer this guarantee right up until the day before the show is due to open.
And in the case of a Covid-19 related postponement, we are also offering the transfer of the total of any deposit you have paid, to the next edition of the show, as an alternative.
You will of course need your own insurance to cover all other eventualities, as we cannot help with any other expenses you may incur should such a Covid-19 postponement occur, but we hope this helps you book into our 2021 trade shows, with confidence.
