As a nation we can’t get enough of great tasting coffee, but in a busy marketplace, how can you differentiate your offer to stand out from the high street competition? This brewing masterclass will explore different brew methods and equip you with knowledge of how to embrace the latest filter trends. In the hands on session, Coopers’ specialist baristas will also share their insight into the artisanal coffee market, where coffee comes from and what makes different coffees unique.
